We are pleased to announce the following Vice President promotions:
Emily M. Cline has been promoted to Vice President, Manager of Loan Administration. Emily joined Mechanics in 2005 as a Customer Service Representative and has served in numerous roles, including Senior Loan Operations Manager. Emily is a graduate of the Ohio Bankers League Bank Management School and Bank Leadership Institute and serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Richland County.
Conner J. Darsee has been promoted to Vice President, Trust Officer. Conner joined Mechanics in 2014 as a Customer Service Representative and later served as a Business Banker and Private Banking Specialist. Conner holds a bachelor’s degree from Ashland University. Conner serves on the Board of Directors for the YMCA of North Central Ohio and the Richland Carrousel Park.
We are pleased to announce the following Assistant Vice President promotion:
Nicole E. Neeley has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager. Nicole joined Mechanics in 2017 as a Customer Service Representative and has served in numerous roles including Assistant Branch Manager. Nicole holds an associate’s degree in Business Management from North Central State College.
We are pleased to announce the following Assistant Secretary-Treasurer promotions:
Abigail Dingus: Abby joined Mechanics in June 2022 as a CSR at the Madison office. She also served as a CSS at the Lexington office before becoming the Senior CSS at our Main Office. Abby was recently promoted to Main Office Teller Supervisor.
Leslie Jergens: Leslie joined Mechanics in February 2023 as a CSR at the Shelby office. She also served as a CSS and Senior CSS at Shelby before becoming the Main Office Teller Supervisor. She was recently promoted to Assistant Branch Manager at the Ontario office.
Madysen Myers: Mady joined Mechanics in November 2020 as a CSR. Before her current role as Administrative Assistant, she was a CSS at the Main Office. Mady has an associate’s degree from North Central State College in Business Management.
Tequella Ramirez: Tequella joined Mechanics in May 2021 as a CSR at our South Side office. She also served as a Senior CSR and LSR before her promotion to Assistant Manager of Loan Administration. Tequella has an associate’s degree from North Central State College in Business Management.
Ethan Sauder: Ethan joined Mechanics in March 2022 as a CSR at our Trimble Road office. He was also an intern before joining the Accounting department, where he was recently promoted to Accountant II. Ethan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Ashland University.
