1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Mechanics Bank, 2 South Main Street, Mansfield, OH 44902.

2. Eligibility

Open to high school students who are legal residents of Ohio and who attend The Huddle event on January 4, 2026. Employees of Mechanics Bank, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on January 4, 2026 at 4:00 PM EST and ends on January 4, 2026 at 7:00 PM EST.

4. How to Enter

Participants will receive one (1) entry upon checking in at the event. No purchase or banking relationship is necessary to enter or win. Limit one entry per person.

5. Prizes

Prizes include:

• One (1) Apple iPad
• Additional merchandise and giveaway items (various values)

Prizes are non‑transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection

Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the event. The drawing will take place on January 4, 2026 during the event.

7. Winner Notification

Winner(s) will be announced at the event or contacted using the information provided at check‑in. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winner(s) grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

11. Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.
