Please remember to use your temporary password for your first Online Banking login since 4/15/2019 (if you did not pre-register). Thank you!

For personal accounts, the temporary password is the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number followed by your 5-digit zip code (no spaces).

For business accounts, the temporary password is the last 4 digits of the business Tax Identification Number followed by the 5-digit zip code of the business (no spaces).

  • New Online Banking

    First Time Login Information

    • Please login with your current User ID, as long as your User ID is at least 6 characters and does not contain any special characters other than the @ symbol*.
    • For first login, please use your temporary password. If you successfully pre-registered for new online banking or have accessed online banking since 4/15/19, please use the new password you already selected.
      • For personal accounts, the temporary password is the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number followed by your 5-digit zip code (no spaces).
      • For business accounts, the temporary password is the last 4 digits of the business Tax Identification Number followed by the 5-digit zip code of the business (no spaces).
    • After your first login, you will be prompted to accept the terms and conditions and choose a new password. Check images may be initially delayed after the system upgrade.

    *Please note: If your current User ID contains any special characters except for the @ symbol, they have been removed. Example: User ID “John@Doe.com” is now “John@Doecom”. If your current User ID is less than 6 total characters, sequential numbers beginning with “1” have been added to the end to meet this requirement. Examples: User ID “John” is now “John12” and User ID “Janet” is now “Janet1”.

  • New Mobile Banking

    New Mobile Apps Available

    • Apple phone users – Please visit the App Store to update your old mobile app.
    • Android phone users – Please delete your old mobile app and visit Google Play store to download the new app (Mechanics Bank – Mobile Banking).
    • If you have not already logged in to New Online Banking from MyMechanics.com prior to accessing the new mobile app(s) for the first time, please follow the First Time Login Instructions below.

    First Time Login Information

  • Online Bill Payment

    Online Bill Payment will be unavailable

    until Tuesday April 16th at noon.

    • The Online Bill Payment system will not change.
    • All payees and scheduled payments will remain in the system.
    • All previously scheduled payments will be made during the transition process.
    • Online Bill Payment will be available starting on Tuesday, April 16th at noon. We encourage all Online Bill Pay users to review their payees and payments.
  • Bank-by-Phone (419-522-BANK)

    Bank-by-Phone (419-522-BANK)

    • The Bank-by-Phone telephone number (419-522-BANK) is the same.
    • For personal accounts, your PIN will be the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.
    • For business accounts, your PIN will be the last 5 digits of your business Tax Identification Number.
    • Once you access Bank-by-Phone, you will be prompted to choose a new PIN. One PIN will access all of your accounts.
  • Intuit Quicken / QuickBooks

    Intuit Quicken or QuickBooks Users

    • All users of Intuit’s Quicken or QuickBooks should refresh their login credentials to access linked bank accounts before using the product on or after Monday, April 15th.

  • When You Visit Us

    When You Visit Us

    • We’re excited to offer you the option of an email or paper receipt after in-office transactions.
    • When you visit us in person for the first time after the upgrade, you will be asked to provide a driver’s license or personal ID. This will offer you added security and protection.
  • Account Statements

    Account Statements

    • Statements will have a new look and design.
    • There may be a slight delay in the arrival of your first statement issued after the system upgrade (both mailed statements and eStatements).
    • If you are already enrolled in eStatements, you do not need to re-enroll.
    • For customers with month-end statement dates:
      • Your statement date will remain the same.
      • You will receive two April statements – one for transactions through 4/12 as well as a month-end statement.
    • For customers with other statement dates:
      • Your future statements will be issued on the 15th of the month.
      • April statements will include transactions through 4/12. May statements will include transactions from 4/13 to 5/15.
  • Loans

    Loans

    • Payment/coupon books will no longer be used.
    • Billing statements will be mailed monthly (unless enrolled in auto payment).
